At G-7 Designs, we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and arrives in excellent condition. However, we acknowledge that damage may occasionally occur during shipping
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been placed . We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipment.
Personalized Items
All items are made specifically to each individual customer’s design and preferences. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling, colors, or design choices).
Shipping & Insurance
All orders are shipped with insured shipping. Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, lost, or delayed, the customer must:
- Contact the shipping carrier directlyhttps://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim using the tracking number.
- Email us at ( g-7designs@outlook.com ) within 24 hours after delivery to notify us of the issue and provide any required documentation (such as photos or a claim number).
We are happy to assist with information needed for the insurance claim; however, we are not responsible for errors caused by the shipping carrier.
Note: Air bubbles may appear inside the cup as a result of the shipping process. This is a normal and unavoidable occurrence caused by the movement during transit and is not considered a defect. Air bubbles do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
